
Chef Nuno Pizarro
Formado pela Escola de Hotelaria e Turismo do Estoril, trabalhou no Palácio de Seteais e liderou a cozinha do Tivoli Sintra. Posteriormente, chefiou o NH Collection Liberdade e participou na abertura do Convent Square Hotel. Atualmente, colabora com a chef Marlene Vieira na abertura do DUO Hotel Lisbon, Curio Collection by Hilton.
Premiado no Concurso de Gastronomia de Sintra, Nuno valoriza um ambiente de trabalho colaborativo e planeia continuar a crescer dentro da marca Hilton, visando a excelência culinária.
Graduated from the Estoril School of Hospitality and Tourism, Nuno worked at Palácio de Seteais and led the kitchen at Tivoli Sintra. Later, he headed the NH Collection Liberdade and participated in the opening of the Convent Square Hotel. Currently, he collaborates with chef Marlene Vieira in the opening of the DUO Hotel Lisbon, Curio Collection by Hilton.
Awarded at the Sintra Gastronomy Contest, Nuno values a collaborative work environment and plans to continue growing within the Hilton brand, aiming for culinary excellence.
