Chef Nuno Pizarro

Graduated from the Estoril School of Hospitality and Tourism, Nuno worked at Palácio de Seteais and led the kitchen at Tivoli Sintra. Later, he headed the NH Collection Liberdade and participated in the opening of the Convent Square Hotel. Currently, he is the chef of Novo Mundo, the restaurant of DUO Hotel Lisbon, Curio Collection by Hilton.

Awarded at the Sintra Gastronomy Contest, Nuno values a collaborative work environment and plans to continue growing within the Hilton brand, aiming for culinary excellence.
